returned it
got a new one with the same engraving (although they do say that they may send a reconditioned one)0 -

No they haven't. Any mp3 or mp4, as long as they don't have DRM will work on an iPod.
Videos downloaded directly from YouTube using this method play on an iPod. You can also convert your own DVDs to play on it.0 -
