Natwest ISA interest

I was also told that I would have my interest backdated.
My Nationwide ISA was closed and the cheque posted to NatWest on Nov 19th but did not arrive with NatWest until Dec 3rd.
I called tonight to confirm that the interest would be backdated and they are now telling me it won't be. I'm extremely unhappy as I will lose approximately £50 interest if it is not.
They gave me the number of their complaints department but they are only open until 5-30pm so will call them tomorrow.0 -
I signed up to transfer my ISA to Natwest on 8 November so I could get the highest rate (gross of 6.02%). I've seen that the rates have now dropped today so does that mean I won't get the rate I signed up for but 4.56% instead?
I signed up around that time and transfered a lump of money into it after believingthe % rate would be fixed for a year. Seems it's a bit more variable than they led me to believe! It was 6.7%, it's now 4.2%.0
