    What a great thread!

Well I've done a mixture of stuff.

I've worked in various secretarial/admin jobs before going it alone and running a typing business from home for a few years. I gave this up when my daughter was born and undertook various mystery shopping jobs, earnt cashback etc. My family bought a holiday home for a couple of years, renting it out to make money and have cheap holidays before giving this up when we wanted to upsize our own home.

I now do lots of creative stuff and make cards. I also currently work with young children and babies in a music group - playing instruments, singing etc. Great fun but very low pay!

I also regularly sell on ebay, amazon and at car boots plus use shop and scan to scan my weekly shop which goes towards vouchers to spend on the high street.

I'm also looking at being an exam invigilator to a earn a bit extra before hopefully becoming a teaching assistant.

I run a internet company that specialises in the marketing of tourism websites.

We run over 200 sites with a staff of just 3.

How do we do it? We 'employ' around 40 freelancers from around the UK, who mostly write content for the sites, and help with promotion and PR. They work from home, mostly part-time, fitting it around other commitments (children, other work, etc.) Get in touch if you'd like info!! :)
i would like a bit of extra work
