hi to you all
i signed up for phone,internet and vision
vision been cancelled and going back
i signed up on 12 november after being with sky for 10 years and the customer service is just awful,bigtime,
they said would charge 29.99 connection but took out 124.99 on 28 (liars)they said they would stop this!anyway they said i am now tied in for 12 months
my line is crackerly is there a time limit on this i thought you were allowed 28days really unhappy and want sky back please help.
