Clubmobile and redemption . Please help !!

Hi folks,
I started a contract with Clubmobile ( Celltalk plc ) last February, which was the 3 Talk & Text 600 for £4.49 per month.
£30 per month and redemptions after 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months of the difference, ie approx £ 76 each time I faxed through the bill.
The first one was repayed into my bank account, a little late but at least it arrived.
Since then nothing.
I've e-mailed their customer services, phoned ( No chance of getting through ) and sent messages to their so called " Live Chat " dedicated to answering redemption questions within 24 hours.............never had one reply.
Can anyone help, direct debits are getting difficult now without the promised redemptions.

My only advise is to keep trying. I've just submitted another fax of the next bill for redemption, having only just received the last cash amount. Their new customer service number will ring and ring but you do eventually get through - 0871 226 8350. Pester them on a weekly basis and they will get worn down and concede. (They will probably tell you each time, that they have tried to pay it in only a few days ago just to give you hope). You could also try emailing saxon@celltalk.co.uk and keep the emails up until you get a response from that direction too.
