Maybe a silly question but having a big wrangle with O2 over my contract phone since september 2005 would like to know if i could get hold of them by dialling another number apart from customer services as am always on hold for half hour to an hour at a time,i really want to sort this out once and for all and get them of my back but can never seem to get through,any help would be greatly appreciated !!
