Does anyone have any experience of what The Link are like for cashback, i.e. do they play any silly games or will they honour their commitments?

sent my claim off about 4 weeks ago, received cheque this morning. N
ot bad considering the christmas period was inbetween.0 -
They will honour the commitments as long as you follow the instructions given on the forms. You will need to send off copy of receipt, bills and form by a certain date.
Do that and there will be no problems.
They will not remind you to do it!!0
