Help with my nokia 6500 slide please.

Hi I am hoping someone can give me some help with my nokia 6500 as it switched off yesterday and I recharged it(,thought this was why),still no luck getting it to switch on and have changed batteries with my wife in case it was the battery being faulty.
Absolutly not a flicker of life in it and am stuck as to what to do next.
It is payg on 3,I gotta pop out to pick up my gs so will be back shortly.

if you can connect it via USB and see it on PCsuite then you may be able to update the software and get it working
