Can anyone confirm that they were given instructions about free YHA Family membership, either in the confirmation email of payment confirmation screen please? The Railcard site still lists this under Special Offers, but says it can be withdrawn at any time. I was trying to buy a Railcard and found this thread when searching for reasons as to why it wasn't working. For myself, it's probably only worth persevering with trying to get one if the YHA offer is still applicable ... Thanks
• its still down, i need a railcard to go with my cheap tickets now:rotfl:

• Just spoke to someone on the phone number above, they are trying to fix the website now but the code is no longer valid BUT they *may* be a new code put on here she wasn't sure.

Looks like Martin has taken the link off the site now as well. She did say the website should be working soon today so going to hang on to see what happens, I can buy the railcard from local station if need be on the day (£24 though) & she said if done online it will arrive in 2 working days so hopefully new code will come out & I can still save on it.

I have had a railcard for the past 8 years & have NEVER heard of this offer, or had details about it when buying the railcard - bought online last year & in railway stations before that.

I've just been onto the website (10.15am) and it still isn't working. I sent them an email yesterday which bounced back today with the message that delivery has been delayed. Lets keep pestering them and maybe they will give us a new code to get the railcard for £18
• I've also marked this thread for the attention of one of Martin's team to see if they can help with the problems on the railcard website.

gonna be difficult unless one phones, because the email address
help@railcards-online.co.uk does not work either, it bounces back.

Just had this return email from the Railcard people

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that the 25% discount offer has been extended for 7 working days. You will need to input 'FAMILY18' in order to claim the discount. This is currently being processed and we advise that you try again this evening.
