Has anyone tried to buy one of the £18 family railcards through the link posted on this week's page?
I can get to the railcard link but then when I click to "buy now" the page cannot be found!
The clock is ticking if i'm to use the offer.

When I bought mine I just went directly to their website and inputed the discount code;
http://www.familyandfriends-railcard.co.uk/
Discount code: EXPERT18
I did this as the MSE link wasn't up and running, so try that and see if it makes a difference
Or It Could be that the website is down for some maintenance and therefore keep trying it, it will come back sooner or laterWhoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0 -
Just been to the Family Railcard webpage and soon as you click on Buy or renew button the web page fails to load. I would say this is their problem and hopefully they will fix it soon.Whoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0

It's been like it all day, I have been trying to buy since this morning, didn't know whether it was just my internet connection (AOL).
If not working tomorrow, I suggest we all e-mail them (Contact Us button on bottom of railcard site), saying we have been trying to buy and see whether they will extend the voucher code, due to the issue being their issue with their website.

Just found this thread, the page was working ok the other day (think it was Wednesday) but as DH's wage hadn't gone in I couldn't pay then. I was able to sign in, add the code & the discount showed. I have gone back in today to BUY the railcard but having the same problems, tried IE & FF but no joy. I have also emailed them via the 'contact us' form but this has been returned!!! Any other suggestions? The number given on the contact us page says Mon-Fri only.

I bought mine Fr5iday evening using the code 'EXPERT18', site was okay then, however I can't get through on it any more.0

Not working for me either
Have emailed support to advise them and ask that the code be accepted when the site is up and running again.0 -
Now I've also sent an email via the Contact Us link and that has been returned to me!!0

The site is still down and as you point out the contact us e-mail is on the railcards-online.co.uk domain, so won't work as the site and domain are down.
I have personal messaged (PM'd) Martin, I think he is user MSE Martin
I have also e-mailed him at Martin@moneysavingexpert.com
He will have a contact at Family Railcard who set up the EXPERT18 code for him, so I have asked him to see whether the validity date can be extended, as we are unable to use it through no fault of our own.
I suggest others on this forum thread do the same, so that Martin can see that a number of us have hit the issue, then hopefully something will happen.

Great ideas, but ........
Still not working (dah!)
Sent an email to Martin to ask for his help, as suggested.
Let's keep our fingers crossed.
I feel this is a matter of principle now. The railcard people should have got this sorted by now.

I'm going to call the number in the morning, I need my railcard for the 12th December so can't be waiting around for it really. Hoping I might be able to use the code on the phone, will let you all know.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0
