Can I get a free virgin wireless router?

I would really appreciate some advice.

I currently get 3 for £30 from Virgin which include: Broadband M, TV XL, and Phone Line Rental (I am on TV XL becase I got an upgrade when they lost Sky One, etc).

I have a fixed modem line into one room in the house and would now like to get a wireless router so that if I want to move the computer it makes it easier. I would also like to upgrade my phone package to XL. This is my second time on 3 for £30 and it is due to expire in February 2009.

I will have to pay £40 for the router plus £20 for a usb connector for my computer, however I would like this free (or at least reduced!) as I notice that new customers that take broadband L or XL get the router free. I don't really want to upgrade my broadband as I don't use it all that much, and I don't want to pay much more for the XL telephone package, (currently I am on an old tariff that you just pay for line rental and then, every call you make - no free calls as far as I know). Ideally i would also like the international call plan for free (not the £1.50 per month) as I can then move away from Onetel for my international calls.

I know it sound like I want a lot, but I would appreciate any advice on how to get it, especially the wireless router.

Also, what happens if they call your bluff and accept your cancelation? can you immedietely say that you have changed your mind?

Any advice would be welcome.
