We just had this with our washing machine (although ours was leaking water from the drawer). Once the filter was cleaned out it has worked fine. Main problem with this is that our filter is built inside the machine!!

  • Ohh same problem - but as you take out the drawer (as if cleaning) look upwards and clean the spouts coming down they are probably blocked (i put a little needle up) and its worked for me. Also every now and then use some washing soda and a hot wash with no soap or softener that keeps machine clean too..

  • Thank you so much for posting this! I have exactly the same problem and my washing has been done without softener for ages. I have cleaned the drawer several times, done a hot wash etc. but nothing worked. I am off to take the drawer out and have a look upwards right away!

An old toothbrush is excellent for cleaning the top of the dispenser where the water jets are :)
