For her first Christmas, my DD was bought a lovely advent book, with windows to open each day. We put it away safe because she was only a couple of months old......and found it recently. It was a really safe place, she's now 13 :o

Occasionally, if I am visting my parents and my dad falls asleep, I like to start shouting 'fire' really loud. He gets up in such a panic...it's lovely.

At least yours waits until evening to fall asleep. Mine was snoring from about 2 yesterday afternoon. To be fair to him, he works nights, and his body clock doesnt know where it's up to. Still annoying though
