if you're not going to write with an acceptable level of grammar - don't write anything at all

Shame you waited till she'd corrected her mistake, look again at the extract of hers that you quoted. Not doing brilliantly on this thread are we?

PS I don't think you meant her grammar, by the way, it was her spelling. Never mind. If you write an entire sentence like you did you're bound to make a couple of little mistakes.

    HELP PLEASE!

I have mobile phone insurance with my barclays bank account and have just put a claim in for my 3 month old sony ericsson c902 limited edition red-red being the problem.

My insurance company services is now telling me after losing my pride and joy (c902 red) they can send me a new phone, but they cannot send me the red one so i'll have to have a black one. If it's not enough that i've lost my phone, I now have to make do with a black one-can anybody tell me if I have to accept the black phone?

Wow, lots of trolls on this thread.

I suspect your insurance company has a deal with some phone company to supply replacement phones (on the cheap), but it would appear they cannot get the red phone (at their reduced prices).

I would call them back and tell them that you have been able to source a new red phone and the price it is available at. Ask them to contact the company with the red phone and order one for you.

    :D
