They were saying that they don't guarantee FP to always be available, and seemingly (as it wouldn't even transfer £500) it's not working at the moment.
I wanted the money to be offsetting ASAP, so I trekked to the nearest branch, withdrew it and then trekked to HSBC to pay it back in. At least it got me out of the office for half an hour :rolleyes:0
