Illegal/Legal - headlight bulbs

I have a 03 Corsa and the passenger main bulb has blown - the side light is still working fine so there is some light from the bulb. If I've learned anything from this thread, it's that the next time I buy a car new or used, it MUST have sensibly organized maintenance for all bulbs. It will be a specific point on the check-list.

One item more of advice for OP: Once a garage gets involved, get ALL front bulbs changed even if they appear OK now, to avoid going thru this again soon.
