Has anyone got one? What are they like? I have an ipod nano so thought this would be a good bit of kit too. Any opinions gratefully received.

Also am coming to the end of an Orange 12 month contract £30 pm for 200 mins and 500 texts. Anyone know best deals out there?
Thanks in advance

Avoid like the plague from what I hear. only 100 song limit whatever size memory card, and an out of date phone. Go for one of the walkman phones if you want to listen to music

avoid it, i had the e398 which is basically this phone without the 512mb mem card and itunes although it did have mp3 player. the phone is bulky and has a odd weight to it. the user interface was a little complicated especially if you want to do something on the fly. but the thing that really let this phone down was the joystick, it was absolutely pants. the phone did have some good features like a very good vga camera and excellent stereo sound through the speakers, the phone also shakes to the beats of the music although after a while it gets very annoying

I've got one and I like it a lot for the mp3 player.

100 songs is good enough for me and if I don't like them, well then I just change them. Someone else has posted about the new version of this phone, maybe worth holding on for that ?

The only things I dont like about the phone is that it doesnt tell you, you have a missed call if someone leaves you a message, so you don't know if someone has got straight to your voicemail if you have been out of signal, or if it has rung and gone to voicemail.

I like to know what time people have tried to get me.

The predictive text is slightly annoying, but other than that it's ok.

If you have nano, then I dont know why you would want this phone. I bought one as I couldnt justify a nano, but needed a new phone.

Any more questions, then ask. You could get some great deals if there is a new version coming out.

And as another poster mentioned about the phone shaking to the music, well you can turn that off, it did my head in ;)

    Thanks for the above advice.

I thought that having the nano I would find it easier to download the tracks from itunes thats all.

I am now thinking about the SE W800i but am still doing my research as my contract with Orange isn't up til end of the month so looking for new deal and new phone.
