Virgin Broadband Function/Customer Services - Problems

Hi,

Wondered whether anyone else was experiencing more problems than usual with Virgin lately?

My broadband service (email and Internet) is constantly being interrupted. When you try to get through to 'customer services', you are kept waiting for at least 20 minutes on an expensive phone line with stupid music blaring in your ear. When you do eventually do get through the operatives haven't a clue what the problem is – and often don't just tell you in a straightforward way that they are actually having problems at their end. You end up fixing the problem yourself (by making more phone calls to an expert you know).

Shoddy. If they don't improve very soon, I will be changing my account to another provider.
