    36 hours shift thats illegal unless you are Junior Doc but that will change soon

    I understand and appreciate my dear Mum(bless her) was in a care home with dementia until she passed away 8 weeks ago and I know hard and difficult and underpaid that work is Mel-and not easy at all.
