It is now in the garage gathering dust. :rotfl:

Along with the running machine, chest expanders, weights, weight bench, and punch bag.
Golf clubs, tennis rackets, cricket gear and umpteen footballs. I struggle to find room for the beer crates. :D

My PTI in the army was adamant that expensive training equipment was worthless. Believed in running for cardiovascular fitness and endurance, press ups for upper body strength and sit ups to keep well toned. Total cost about 50 quid for a decent pair of trainers.

Funny stuff Ami, loved the quizzacle stick man! Shame deep fat fryer wasn't in the circle of images:rotfl: Agree with your trainer, but have heard that jogging can store up problems in later life with knee joints etc....well perhaps I have "selective listening" on that subject ! :D

Should add that my niece goes to a posh school (sister of that one just gone to Oxford) and she's already seriously into Rowing ! :D So can probably justify that equipment....

Until I was 44 years I used to run 5 miles every day but I'm paying for it now. Get quite bad pains in my joints and muscles especially in winter.

Suggest you put on the pavement with a note "virtually unused, help yourself" ;)

What I really like is your (witty) honesty, so many people try to cover up their faults and mistakes.

And I mean that most sincerely folks....

Nowadays I'd struggle to keep up with the young lady, let alone the machine :rotfl:
