    never being to italy H ??:confused: go you can fly with ryanair from stansted to pescara and rent a car and explore -I have spend a lot of time there-first on biz then for holidays=superb and child friendly which would be god for your daughter she would love the beach.

    Ami, ST's retirement dream sounded great, but on closer inspection looks a bit of a dive, don't you reckon?

    I went to Italy once - when eurorailing as a 20 year old....."did" Florence and Venice. It was alright :rolleyes:

    Top tip - wholemeal bread or toast, just a slice a day will keep your....:eek:
