My 6680 has been lying in the drawer since cut off 30th november and when i tried to charge and switch on last night it wouldnt, no sign of charge going into the phone but charger working on 3100, any ideas on how to get this phone back on? i left it charging over night but still no joy this morning and wondered if there was any tips on how to bring it back to life please?

hi

Try giving the battery connectors a whipe with a dry cloth, make sure there's no dust in the way.
If nothing happens still, just take it to either the store where you got it from, or a Carphone Warehouse store*. Just ask for advice, say you'd like a rough idea what the problem is before you decide to claim on insurance/warrenty (even if you haven't got either), they should take a guess at the problem and try help.
* Carphone Warehouse as i've seen none CPH customers go in and ask for their phone to be charged up and they've done it for free. Might be more helpful than others.0 -

You could try it after removing the sim card which may be preventing it starting up.To infinity and beyond!0 -

Cheers ive tried everything, even checking the battery was in the correct way and also another charger, but i cant try another battery as most folk i know have the 3310/3100, best option now is a trip to cpw and see what they can do.The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0
