Bonjour. Bad day today - we're all waiting for redundancy news so everyone's on edge. expecting the worst.

    Anyway, checked online banking
took an order for cupcakes (made a high quote as it's quite a faffy job and she still accepted, which is great!)
Stayed in work and didn't spend money at lunchtime, except at a works booksale - and I have already put the books up for sale on amazon
    did some tolunna clicks
Did some slice of the pie ratings
  • sarahs999 - hope you get good new today.

Late today but have been out with my Mum all day. Didn't spend too much money at all - one pair of slippers (desperately needed) and something from Boots for my sore heel. Mum and I did have lunch out but used a carvery voucher that she had so had a v cheap meal:D

so I will be doing ...
    -daily clicks
    -comps
    - any surveys
-not having any tea as i am full up from lunch

    hugs to all:D

Good afternoon folks - good to see you all about and so industrious :T

Thanks SM for setting off my favourite thread

I've had the day off work today and have cleaned the house from top to bottom - even cleaned the oven

Now I'm not sure why I've done so much housework, when it's only the ex OH coming to dinner tomorrow night. It's hardly like he'll notice... erm, I've made creme brulee too :o:o Got all the ingredients in for buttenut squash and spinach risotto, rosemary and garlic focaccia and fresh prawns.... but I'm playing it cool, no, really I am...:o

  • Did my SOA and discovered that if I stick to minimum payments, I will live to be 135 :D .
I skipped lunch as I didn't feel hungry.
I banked the takings (mostly cheques today anyway) to deliver me from temptation ;) .
  • Err, not been my best day today. Been off work to get organised for Christmas, which of course involved spending money  .

    I have:

    -Stuck to list in Asda
    -Paid two bills
    -Done 2 surveys
    -Made small overpayment to CC
-Gave hubby packed lunch to take to work
-Made pot of homemade soup which should do lunches tomorrow and Sunday as well as a starter tonight :D
-Had heating on a while today but it's back off tonight
    -Changed to winter duvet
-Checked online banking and updated spreadsheet
-Did not use credit card for pressie purchases - stayed within my means:T

Will try better tomorrow...........although I'm continuing with the Christmas shopping...........:o
