cheap.. (very cheap) and you don't have to pay extra for WHM or CPanel or anything, as it is all included..
they have what is called reseller central, where, when creating the account you're hosthing, you choose what server to put it on, so you can host in the UK with this US based company

You didnt say what are you looking for in terms of spacing/bandwidth and what is your budget?
I use free hosting https://www.daku.co.uk and have extended my bandwidth and space requirement by just raising a ticket.0
