Nationwide auto centre broke a part on my car- entitled to compensation?
I took my car in to have 2 exhaust parts replaced. Everything was ok until I asked if they could check the gearbox oil level. The mechanic come back and told me when checking the gearbox oil level one of the mechanics had snapped one of the hose connectors from the thermostat housing and that I would have to come back tomorrow to collect the car and the repair wouldn't cost me anything.
Tomorrow I have to use public transport at my expense to collect my car, it's about 10 miles away.
Should I be entitled to any compensation for the inconvenience?

I would suggest that they ought to reimburse any reasonable cost you incur...either that or provide a courtesy car!#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET
