how do I make panini?

Just thought i'd say, I made these on sunday using lulubells recipe, cooked in a frying pan as suggested by orchid-96, they were really yummy. Filled them with cheese and red onion. Even ds2 who works in a sandwich bar at the weekends said they were better than the ones at work! Really easy too!

these sound lovely - am going to have a go at making my own dough in breadmaker - I really want to get my moneys worth out of it as I have had it for 3 years and not really used it
