    I'd agree with monkeymaster. If you're desperate to sell then you need to be aggressive about doing so. If you don't need to sell then now is probably not the greatest time to be doing so imho. Chasing the market will be a very frustrating exercise.

  • I think we have been as aggressive as we can for the time being. We're cheaper than every other 2 bed houses in the area and cheaper than most flats. We're going to give it a few months at Fixed Price £99,950 and see where we are then.

    Not sure we can really put in an offer on anywhere until we have got an offer on our house. As the houses we are looking at haven't reduced in price much we are going to have to push them quite hard on price and I wouldn't feel confident on doing this until we have an offer on ours.
