Jamie Oliver, What is Semolina Flour?

I was given the lovely Jamie Oliver Italian cook book for Christmas and have made the pizza bases already, they were very yummy by the way. The recipe did ask for semoilna flour if you had it, now I did have semolina that you use to make the pudding but I wasn't sure if this was what he meant, it isn't called flour on the…

Perhaps I'm barking up the wrong tree then. Although seeing semolina flour for sale online (yes I did notice it on Amazon, among others) does confuse matters a little. Is the only difference between semolina (which I have seen in most supermarkets) and semolina flour that semolina flour is more fine from having been ground down a bit?

I've also seen mentioned that you can use spelt flour as a good substitute for semoline flour (???) which I know that Sainbury's sell. I've seen this 00 stuff too.
