Advice about phone line/Sky BB

Just over a month ago I had bt line rental, sky talk package, sky bb.
I needed a 2nd line for work from home stuff.
I thought I would get cheaper line rental with sky so moved onto that.
I asked sky to set me up a 2nd line. Was advised that it would need a new account and transfered to sales who duly informed me they couldn't setup 2 accounts on one address. That guy suggested a 2nd line with BT
Called BT, of course the 1st line was transfered to sky so they happily setup a new line for me (as opposed to a 2nd line).
I get 2 letters from sky today (27th) advising that my line and broadband have been cancelled as BT have cancelled the line.
My phone hasn't worked to dial out for a few days but I thought not much of it as I only tried the one number a few days ago. However the bb is working well.
Now for my dilema. I am training in the evenings online for my new work from home job, I have 5 days left to complete.
Should I:
1) Take no action hoping the bb stays live for 5 days
2) Contact BT about the line !!!! up (possibly leave contacting sky)
3) Contact sky re the whole thing (and possibly risk them realising my bb isn't off and switching it off)
4) any other advice??
