Forgo the bonus on the scratchcard site - the WR is ridiculous as well on it, so just withdraw your £10 that you deposited and forget the bonus completely....

Just catching up with your thread over the last couple of days - sorry to read that finances are so tight......join the club! I am trying to live on beans on toast I think this month.......

Definitely an opportunity to re-visit the MSE basics I think!!

Thanks - will do that - once I have won enough to get my balance up to £10 again!

OH is away for 10 days so I am going to challenge myself to 10 NSD except for bus fares!

Time for an update I think:
    • Meet friend for walk with dogs Friend cancelled - dogs and I going after lunch
    • Review my matched betting situation
    • [STRIKE]Check for reload offers[/STRIKE] DONE and seem to have a few for this weekend :T
    • Set up at least 2 matched bets
    • [strike]Read the scratch card thread[/strike] DONE and have signed up - messed up withdrawal and am now waiting to earn £1 before I can withdraw my £10! :o
    • [strike]Do 2 more dooyoo reviews and explore the site a bit more[/strike] DONE - really like this site
    • Update dog training website and work out plan for weekend training sessions
    • Update fitness journal
    • Take down Christmas decorations
    • Clear out one cupboard
    • List 5 books on amazon
Still a way to go but am making steady progress. Can't put off the MB review for ever though.... think I may have lost my nerve!

I can really understand losing your m.b. nerve - but think of it as temporary! You don't have to do it to refresh your memory, after all - then just take it from there. I've just signed up to the partybets one - and all the cautions I remembered just came back instantly, like backing first, not laying - and it was just as well. First I had the browser crash on me, and then I'd been logged in too long and it automatically chucked me off, and then the game I was trying to bet on was suspended at the bookie! But with the precautions I'd taken, it was all fine - you can do it too!

Thanks karma. Have taken the first step which is sort through all my emails and pull out the ones that seem to have still valid reload offers. One or two of them look promising so will start there...

Glad to be of service Chevalier! (rather portly large green Dragon attempting a flamboyant bow in Chev's general direction)

It sounds as though you have a good plan in place mizmir, sorry to hear the dog walk with your friend had to be called off (I'm sure you will enjoy the walk in any case and I am positive the dogs will!)

I think January tends to be a tight month for everyone, so provided you can keep your head above water then the rest of the year should be more straight forward. Huge Dragon hugs coming your way! (and don't squeeze back too hard otherwise your garden shed will be an instant BBQ pit!)

Right now I must get cracking - have spent more time on dooyoo making suggestions etc. Next on list - dogs out for a good walk to get us all a bit more lively! Talk later.

    • [STRIKE]Meet friend for walk with dogs[/STRIKE] Friend cancelled. Dogs and I just back - lovely walk except that I "lost" the lurcher for a good 10 minutes in the woods while she stuck her head down rabbit holes. Little minx!
    • [STRIKE]Review my matched betting situation[/STRIKE] DONE - have a healthy balance of over £200 in BF so should be able to manage a few bets this weekend. Will have a look later - may have to be tomorrow now. Still to do a trawl through other accounts to see if I have any money in them!
    • [STRIKE]Check for reload offers[/STRIKE] DONE and seem to have a few for this weekend :T
    • Set up at least 2 matched bets Not yet but have a lovely £25 from c0ral - looks like it might be SR - and no WR + a £50 from bt 365 which has a 6x WR but could still be worth it (only limitation 1.5+ odds

So moving on through the list. Might not get to the end but will carry over anything to tomorrow. Feeling quite chilled (literally and metaphorically!)
  • Sounds a productive day Miz. I miss having a dog to walk.
