IIRC the person who answers the phone isn't part of the BigSnap team, so doesn't know anything about it...? That might explain that comment anyway..

Hi guys i had my first win on this after months of trying a couple of weeks ago,and last week recieved my confirmation email,does anyone know how long they take to come please ?
