I've never done the "snap" befroe, and all over the weekend I got this,

No they haven't. Not really sure how Microsoft are letting them get away with this. Not great for their reputation at all is it! I do think people are winning using the msn shopping site but with all the bugs that has I can't be bothered even to try.

I emailed them yesterday but no response yet. Anyone else had a response?

I still havent had a response from 2 weeks ago about the very unclear t&c's and the "one per household" rule which isn't mentioned anywhere in the t&c's. I loved this game the first few weeks but the last 3 weeks I have barely been able to play due to the errors

I emailed them about a week and a bit ago about this (after me and mad_gemma got a bit sick of the errors one night) and still no response.

Do TM even care about this promotion anymore? :rolleyes:

I emailed them as well, I figured the more people report it, the more they might take notice rather than deduce its a problem on a users computer and not theirs.
Winners must be coming from the shopping site but I would have thought only people reading this thread would know to use that instead.
