I wouldn't recommend anyone else calling them. They know there's a problem now and if I were them I'd get pretty peed off if people kept phoning about it. It would also probably distract them from the very important business of actually fixing it.

If they'd just put a message on the site or something letting people know they're sorting things it would probably be a lot easier for them... or at least check each day to see if its actually working!!

You are right, just thought I would ring them to see if I could get some information.

I think it's fine to ring once hantastic - just to make sure they are aware of it (though I have no idea how they didn't notice!), it's just that we don't want them being bombarded with lots of calls.

edit: hahaha and the advertising banner at the top of my hotmail is for Big Snap. That's a waste of advertising budget to advertise something that's not working.
