I cancelled my AOL account in July 2008 as i went to o2. Anyway I was told my account had been cancelled, however I received my credit card statement in September and Aol had took £14.99 from me, I called them up and was told my account was still active,I asked again for them to close my account and would they reiburse me the money. Anyway got my card statement this month and again AOL have debited me again. I have now told my card company who are looking into it and have written to AOL to complain. Where can I go next?
