thankyou thats what happend we have 2 pcs in the house and my son knows the password on myne becose he uses it when hes downstairs so i moved the other one into his room and put on parent locks wich he did not like so he locked myne and changed all passwods so i could not get on ...so i phoned the tech guys thing that i pay for every mt but they said i could reset to factory settings but would loose all the date ie loads of photos wich i was not perpeared to do so i phoned some man out of the yellow pages and he just took out the hard drive and coped the on to the other pc then reset it back to factory settings then put them back on so i am now happy but £150 lighter thankyou for all you advise :T and no hes not using my pc again iv set it now so if its not used with in 2 mins you have to enter the passwordi have dislexia sorry about my spelling :eek:0 -
