Which version of Windows are you using? And is it the windows logon passwords?
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Assuming you're running XP, boot into Safe Mode (tap the F8 key when you switch the PC on) and log in as Administrator. Assuming he's not done that one as well you can clear the passwords from there.

Alternatively you need the NT Password Crack program, but it's not the most straightforward thing to use.
  • You can get a disk that will reset windows passwords but I wouldn't recomend it because it makes some files unreadable as they are encrypted. There is a way i'll look in my college file, i do systems support in IT
  • The program you need is PC Login Now I have a way but it involes using linux to back up all your documents

Try http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php and burn the live cd with http://www.filehippo.com/download_imgburn/ then boot from it and it will crack the passwords for you.

Forgive me but the problem, here, is that that's exactly what your son would post, from another computer, if he'd discovered your MSE username and password and you'd locked him out of your PC to prevent him using it...

If you're locked out of your PC, by what means have you posted this?

Sounds to me like the OP's son has changed all the Windows login passwords, but not any others - so it could be possible that the OP has logged in on a friend's computer.
Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.
