New headphone recommendations........

I am after some earphones too for the very same reason.
Any pointer for some cheap but good in-ear phones? ( Im looking to pay<10 quid but no more then 20)

also what should I look for in earphones that wont blow ? Frequency ie 10,000-20,000? or SPL (what ever that is) ie 100dB ?
What is the better frequency to go for : 20,000-20,000 or 10,000-20,000 or 40 - 20,000 ?

hi i use these sony earphones for sport that are just amazing ..... got them at argos the sony mdrj10 costing around a tenner but i'm sure you can find them cheaper elsewhere.....
