  • Son you could see the same button that I sa, as described above?mickW had a screen come up in green, I havent seen that.Just worried if I jump too first thinking clicking the button is right thing to do,it goes wrong I'll end up waiting even longer to have it corrected.

    Ive read on this site that the system protects against any problem like that so I would certainly try the 'initiate' button 2 or 3 times a day. There are quite a few people who have been able to initiate their payments before the email arrives.

    Have just checked my email and the invitation inviting me to claim arrived at 1.44pm.
  • oh, and don't put the '£' sign in or it will say you made a mistake ....

    It said, very clearly, that you wouldn't be able to log in after initiating your claim. I noticed it on one if not 2 screens.
