Spell Check Within OE

Is there a spell check within OE?

If so, how do I activate it as I can see “Spelling” in the top row, but it's permanently greyed out.

    Maybe you have to select/highlight the text first before you can spellcheck it?

    You need M$ Word installed for the spiel chocker to work.

    Thunderbird is to Outlook what Firefox is to Internet Explorer.

    It's Mozilla's version of a mail client. Not looking too shabby either.

    OK David, so if I download it, do I have to unistall OE?

    What about my contact list?

    And I take it spell check works in Thunderbird, without any add in?
