There are some selfish people on here, quick enough to jump on the bargains but wont spare a few quid to help starving people....count yourselves lucky!
>:(

It doesn't matter how it sounds - it's the cause you buy it for. And anyway, the original is the B-Side on the CD0

if you look into where most of the money ends up you will see why i am very cautious as to what i buy when wanting to donate to charities......©..®..(TM) NothingVentured.

Sorry Laura but I give money to both ActionAid and Anthony Nolan by monthly dd, as well as occasional donations to other charities.
I have also bought items from MSE tips which I have donated to charity raffles because they make great prizes, especially if you get them cheap.
The point I was making was that if you really want to give money to Third World Relief, don't waste it on a poor record from a load of second-rate wannabees - just take a fiver out of your pocket, walk into Oxfam and stick it in the collecting tin on the counter. That way you'll feel better inside for having done something positive, and your ears will feel better for not having to force yourself to listen to a load of pap, just because you paid for it.
p.s. I think given that the money is supposed to be for charity the concept of selling it as an online download as a cheap source is disgraceful anyway. Despite Apple saying they will give 70p to charidee this is still another chance for them to plug iTunes. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
