Secret_Lady wrote:Maybe the t&c's do say one per transaction and not one per customer but I do think that using them all together spoils it for other users, it might have been better to use a different till? Only my opinion but that's what I would do in this case, might stop Boots withdrawing the whole promotion which would spoil it for everyone and might also stop them ever doing a similar promotion in the future. I think using them all together just highlights the flaws in the promotion and gets everyone annoyed.
I completely agree with you there Secret Lady, I have had 4 items now from this promotion, all bought on separate days. I agree that if you use the vouchers in a way that draws attention, they will suss it out and others may not get the chance to benefit from the offer.
Today I found some DR stuff in the clearance section of my store, I picked up one item and took it to the till along with another item I wanted to purchase, the kind SA told me the DR was on BOGOF and said to go grab another one. It was a body wash full price £9.50 reduced to £4.50 so got them both free thanks to her for pointing it out, as there was no indication that offer was on in my store, this item was the only DR product I could see in the store. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I took 2 'free' items to the till(didnt dare do anymore!), and the SA put them through separately with no probs, then she commented "thats a good offer, you try it first & then you buy it" so i think boots logic must be they're hoping people will like it and carry on buying!I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Hi Secret Lady
I had planned to use different tills as much as anything else because I felt very self conscious.
However, a combination of there not being many tills available and this lady's attitude to me made me decide just to put all 4 that I had through.
I certainly do not want to spoil anything for anyone else although having read some other posts it seems that some moneysavers are way ahead of me in the amount of vouchers used in one visit.

Tonnes of leaflets in Walthamstow Boots, but nothing under £5 in TD and no Danielle Ryman. I cannot feed my addiction! In a Den first, Theo Paphitis has been getting business information from a talking tree.0

andy1504 wrote:Regarding Cheltenham , i found leaflets in the High ST store and at Kingsditch Trading Estate, they are located at the pharmacy. Try the store on Kingsditch first , stock there is half price and buy one get one free ( 2 items with one coupon) i did this 6 times on sunday. Stock in the High Street isn't half priced. Good luck
I went to Kingsditch trading estate on Wednesday and there were no leaflets left at all - not at the pharmacy either - and Gloucester is still "empty" of them

Hi there,
I don't know if you realise this, but writing in caps is considered shouting and it does make the post hard to read.
