Evening all,
I would like to run thsi by you all as im on the painless stage of money diet, I have the above services the phone and broadband are on one bill and TV on the other,
We got our normal bill in a few days ago and they have charged us for 300 K broadband , 1 mb broadband december till jan, 1 mb broadband jan to feb
yes 3 charges for broadband we phoned them up to complain and apprently this is correct ... after arguing for 20 mins I gave in and told them to take my TV subscription off as im going to freeview there responce was they will take it out on the 27 Jan, Ok so then i wanted to change my phone to the 1 mb broadband and unlimited evening calls value pack which is 24.99 they said they had system problems and to call back later, we called them today to firstly confirm that the TV is being taken out and to get the phone / internet package changed,
They confirmed the TV package being removed but we cant have the phone / broadband value pack as were already a customer .... it was then at this point that the operater piped up " Why do you want the phone and broadband package when you dont have broadband already will this be a new instalation ? " It was at this point very confused my fiance hung up on them ..... I wonder what the chances are that they turn my broadband off on the 27th Jan as well ? apparently they have no record of our broadband according the the operator today, Do you think I am entitled to a refund as they claim i dont have broadband even though we pay them for it and use it almost hourly ??
