What date did you move in?
    What date was notice served?
Was your deposit protected and do you have all the Prescribed Information?
Did you get anything in writing from the LL's husband about the 'deal' he offered you?
Why did the LL change the locks? Had you changed them before you went on holiday? (as advised here - if you'd done this it would have stopped the viewings)
Did you have keys to your flat upon your return from holiday? Or did the LL meet you to let you in?

All the converstaions was done over the phone and via text- so nothing in writings. I know I should've asked to get it in writing but just thought people would've stuck to what they say-stupid i guess in hindsight.
The deposit is held under the scheme, so yes is a shame that they don't have it!
The LL changed the locks claiming they didn't have the keys!? I know they did have the keys. I didn't change to locks as on my contract it stated I'm not allowed to change them- I was just playing by the rules and being as honest as I can.

I have def learned my lesson, but at present I'm in a catch 22 situation, where I've seen a place that I like and want to move in, but it was only feasible to do this if LL stuck to their word and agreed to help me with fess-Otherwise I simply cannot afford it, especially as my deposit is held.

I will be glad to get rid of them, but they are still giving me grief and hassle to the very end. If there was a way I can sue them on the amount of hassle and stress they've caused me I would- not money, but to teach them they cannot treat people this way!

I'm not sure whether this is to ask advice of just let off some steam! i'm not sure if this is classed as harrasement but I've had 4 months of grief from my landlords and it's really affected me!
It looks like you merely want to let off steam. Sooz has asked some sensible questions and you haven't really answered them: had you done so people would perhaps be able to make more useful suggestions for you.

Have they actually issued an S21 in writing, 2 months before your rent date??

There'll be plenty of other houses to rent that come available, and because your LL has been so evil, you should make this as difficult as possible.

The LL can write what they want in the tenancy agreement, but not all of it can be upheld.

Firstly, change the locks immediately! Keep the old one, and put it back in when you leave. Write to the LL (recorded delivery) stating that you have no intention to leave the property until official notice is received in writing, and that any further attempts by her to enter the property are illegal, and the police will be called to report her for tresspass.

Grow some balls, stand your ground, and don't let people walk over you.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
