After emailing my disgust at being treated like a second class customer I received this feeble , standard reply from their call centre (despite asking for it to be escalated to management level for a personal response on the matter).......I feel much more valued as a customer now they put it that way...NOT!:mad:

I'm very sorry to learn about your complaint with regards to the christmas delivery slots. I understand how disappointed and concerned you must be.
We consider all customers to be equally loyal and valued. We have, however , opened up our Christmas delivery slots to the customers who have had the highest frequency of shops in the last 6 months. We have also looked at how long these customers have been shopping with Tesco dotcom. All customers will be able to see slots from 30th November.

Yes, I suppose it would be even more infuriating to be ignored. I always pity the call centre staff as it's not their fault. They are only doing what the high up ones tell them to......its a shame they have to deal with so many disgruntled customers at this time of year when we are meant to be full of the joy of the season.
I'm going to let it go now and move on....to Asda.

Just checked on the Asda site and all the delivery slots for the 21st are available now, after showing unavailable yesterday!
I've booked mine and am really happy!!

Unless they do what they did with the 21st.... hopefully for you guys it won't.
I'm planning on going to the Christmas markets in Manchester with my son on the Monday/Tuesday so the sunday is perfect for me!

Oooh, they have really late delivery slots too at Sainsbury. Now I don't know what to do! Asda on 21st or Sainsbury late on 22nd?!?!?!♥.0
