New Icesave e-mail

Options
I did not recieve first e-mail and had to send blank copy to fcsc. I also have not recieved second e-mail but last night I got another e-mail which said that in the event of not recieving second e-mail, just keep going in to my account each day and try to initiate!!! Did anyone else get this?

  • Yes I got that email yesterday too.
  • Same here. Just found it this morning but sent last night at 20.10. Off to log in to Icesave now to see whether initiate button works but I'm not hopeful as I tried it yesterday with no success. Still at least receipt of this update reassures me that I'm still in the system and that email can get through. Perhaps that's their intention?

  • lmfao, so essentially they're sending emails to people who they don't think have been receiving emails :T

Incidentally, i've not recieved this '3rd email', and am still awaiting the '2nd email' (recieved the '1st email' on 2008-11-05)

  • Yes, I've just received this "other" e-mail, not having received the second one. I have been trying all morning to log in to my account, but with no success. The frustration of this is driving me crazy - | am desperate to put this money into a fixed term bond with another bank, but the longer I have to wait, the options for fixed term bonds seem to be shrinking.
