hey folks... did my run, and as i'm still in the huff with the running thread am telling you guys... i did an easy 2.5miles tonight. very impressed with myself, could have easily kept going...
mind you big g had made me salmon and oven chips for when i got home, so any good efforts gone out the window!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
