Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how we should look at it, we have way more than 50% equity in our house. We're probably talking 75% ish :eek:

That was my problem Spud, 70% equity....but as a 'forced sale' much, much less. House five doors away from me, one more bedroom valued at £265000 sold 6 months ago as repo due to marriage break up ( not at Auction ) for £145000.:D stay wonky :D
