    Hello all
Have failed to update anything lately as life has been a bit hectic. Have been making regular monthly payments on my mortgage plus additional payments on other outstanding debts. I have updated my signature and have now cleared over £27K out of the £35K. TBH I am a bit nervous of being able to hit the 35K mark as have now had to put my two kids in childcare fulltime due to the fact that my parents have withdrawn their assistance for the couple of days a week they used to help out. Also, I have had to make myself go out now and then - long story but had done nothing but work and bring up my two little ones for the last 10 months, so have been incurring babysitter fees too, but am feeling good for it, so will not begrudge myself the extra £20 per week that I am paying.
Luckily my mortgage interest rate is now so low I'm cleaing £800 a month off that!

Just £5 to report from me.......

things are def slowing down in the debt repayment area in my house, but as long as payments are still being made, I will be content.......every £1 I pay off is a £1 less I owe!

Ugh, we're going the wrong way. Had to put a few things on the Credit card as we're doing up our bedroom and have NO money to do it. GAH! Starting to accept we won't clear the debts by CHristmas, but will still keep plugging on.

Well done folks with the debt repayments the totals are really amazing but I do agree its about moderation and balance and not wholly denying yourself in the quest of debtfreeness.

Me too. We are trying to do a barn conversion to make a holiday let to have more money coming in and now we are about to get a new credit card to pay for it  I won't clear my debts for ages yet! Hopefully by retirement age.

£200 paid off credit cards today and £165 paid back to me by DS3 so that can pay off a credit card too.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
