    Lappy for 11 year old

The problem with laptops is their graphics capability is behind a similarly priced desktop, for gaming look for a lappy that has a separate graphics chipset from ATI or NVIDIA that has some RAM of it's own rather than taking RAM from the system, that should be alright for World of Warcraft and other online games.
    But budget around £300 -£500.

Some of the machines quoted above may be fine. Key points it must have Dual Core processor, AMD or Intel does't make much difference but Intel is faster AMD owns ATI so you may get an Athlon Dual core with an ATI graphics chipset which would be better for games. 3Gb RAM If it has 4GB Windows Vista 32bit won't use anything above 3Gb anyway, the largest hard drive you can find at the price.
