Ebay - paypal payment help please!

                    So i sell things on ebay all the time with no problems.
But this girl had bought a top off me on the 17th of Novemember and i still haven't recieved payment.
So i email her, and she says she sent the payment through paypal whe the top finished, but i never recieved it, and i have looked through all my transaction history. The last payment i recieved through paypal was on the 4th of November.
So the girl canceled the payment and sent it to my email address through paypal (not through Ebay)
Still have recieved no payment or emails saying i have recieved a payment.
Girl says on her end it says the money is unclaimed?
But i have no notification of anything, and have not recieved a payment in paypal since the 4th of November, please help we are really stuck at what to do!

            I would think that she has probably typed your email address into Paypal incorrectly. I would ask her to cancel the payment. Then send her an invoice through ebay, and get her to pay via the Paypal link on the invoice.0

            You haven't had payment so you can't send it, you could try asking paypal what is happening with the payment but that might not be the easiest task!
Of course, suspicious minds might suggest that she is trying to get you to send it without payment .............
You could suggest she sends you a cheque and say you will send the top to her when it has cleared.
Would suggest you also ask this question on the ebay board.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Well she has offered to send a postal order.0 - 
            don't forget if you put a PO in the bank/building soc they want days for it to clear, better to cash it at Post Office if you want the money quicker

            hi been a user of paypal a few yr now so im very wary of payments i recieve normally i post out anything i get an instant payment straigh away but for some reason some payments are recalled so i make sure i leave 24 hours between recieving payment and posting but you have to expalin that in ebay page because if you spend whats in your account it goes into debit then, they charge your god nos how much so check before you spend and if you havent recieved payment send another invoice and ask her to verify that if they dont ..... send paypal an email explaining that you havent recieved payment ... so can they send invoice , after that they take payment automatically and you are credited to your account0

I'd get in touch with paypal it sound like you may have reached your account limit and need to further verify your account to up your receiving limit.
